If your receiver is configured then most of the buttons should work out of the box... Are you using lirc? just picka mce remote, in fact in xbmclive they been know to work out of the box.

Looks generic. Meaning it's probably not a real MCE remote but sends keyboard presses instead. The "Mouse" keys are kind of a give away. There should be a toggle button on it somewhere that will switch it from 'mouse' to 'keyboard' mode.
The only way I found to map it is
1) make a generic keyboard.xml file that just sends a notification of what buttons were pressed.
2) Start modifying it to get basic behavior.
