ey there
i been doing ALOT of searching around
i got an xbmc setup on my pc and my apple tv 2
if i added a tv tuner to my pc..,,
is there a way to make my apple tv xbmc to pick up the signal and play it ??
more on to record,pause...
i seen the xbmc pvr modes , but as i said the signal will be on the pc mainly
will it work ?

NO...
The work arounds might be software for the TV card, might allow a save in a specific directory, and this folder is seen by XBMC, if the codec is playable.

but if its going to be save... it wont be " live " , it will be recorded
how about the tv streamer plugin, does it work ?

The Live Streams plugin is about 'real time' video streams over the internet, but that is certainly not the same as broadcast video through a tuner card. It's about maximizing the available internet streams, and can be quite satisfying. The word 'Live' is a kinda of oxymoron... all video is an arms length from live.

Could you not configure the advanced launcher to launch the software that came with your TV tuner?

There MIGHT be software out there to take the output of the TV card and turn it into a stream. You then take that stream and play it generically in XBMC.
