Alright I've been looking around and can't understand how I actually get media onto XBMC. I jailbroke my apple tv 2 and bought atv flash black and had it updated onto my atv2. Now how do I get tv shows and movies onto it. I apologize i'm just brand new at this stuff. Where do I go? Do I need to download something on to my computer? Where do I get the movies/tv shows from? I'm basically just stuck at the point i'm at and don't know how to get everything. Thank you very much for any help.

You don't have much room for videos and music, the atv2 only has about 6GBs free. You setup a server for holding video/music, then access this from the atv2/xbmc.

I just gave you the links telling you how to do this.
Also, do you mean to say that you don't already have movies and tv shows saved on your computer to watch?
