apparently it does...
I dont know where the equivalent to /var/lo/xorg0.log in windows is or if there is even one.... but that would tells you what your tv definitely supports, you log sure spits it out if its valid or not idk.

I have no idea why it's not using the override, the advancedsettings.xml file looks ok.

goto /var/log/Xorg.0.log
and pastebin whole contents of Xorg.0.log
that will tell you which modes are validated, if this goes on perhaps you have to configure the nvidis driver properly
