Hello all,
I have my netbook connected to tv via HDMI out. My netbook is able to play 1080p video no problem and can view on HDTV no problem.
Problem: My netbook screen max resolution is 1366x768 and my TV is capable of 1080p resolution. When I stream a bluray rip (.mkv) to TV, the image is not full screen. It has black bars on sides and top and bottom.
The way it get it full screen on TV is I use the Picture Size setting on TV remote and zoom in 2X. I shouldn't have to do this.
Is there a way I can tell the netbook that my secondary display is capable of 1080p?
