I have some video addons which I know work on XBMC with Windows but only with version 10.1.
I was wondering if there is a plan to release 10.1 for aptv 2?

Both the official dev build and the semi-nightly dev build are past 10.1 and are using pre-11 code. You can still get many add-ons working by doing this:
