Just got a spare MCE remote receiver cheap, and i'm considering mounting it internally in a silverstone SG05 case.
Has anyone done this ?

This is a picture of the board, i was thinking of removing the IR led and extending it, however i'm unsure of what the purpose of the LED is to the left of it - any ideas?
The usb connector seems to use standard USB colouring so that parts easy anyway

No picture but my guess is it's the red led that lights when the receiver receives a signal.

weird, site can't allow hotlinking or something, if you click on the broken link it works ?
anyway, been told its an IR emitter, something which i dont need.

Further investigation, there is a knock out panel in the front of the sg05 that should fit the bare board easily, should work out ok.
