XBMC for Windows skip frame during Video playback after a stand by moment.

Hi, XBMC for Windows is really great and works perfectly for me, I'm under XP 64 with 8 GBs of RAM and I have a 5700 ATI Video Card. All is perfect until the system wait for a moment (ex. after a night stand by). The next morning when we want to read a video file, the image frame skips and the playback becomes really poor. To fix this problem, we restart the system (Windows) and all is great again until about a 30 minutes stand by. We try a lot of things, Nvidia card, x32 and x64 OS and a couple of combinaison, no screen saver, no stand by system and so on.

Does somebody have an idea to fix this, before I was with MythTV and actualy XBMC respond better to my "besoins" so if I need to restart the system each time it becomes less interesting. Thanks Fred.

Known issue, I got it too after a sleep/wakeup cycle with XBMC running.

Sometimes hard to see but like the scroller on the Colbert Report lately it's very visible that it studders after sleep.

They say a restart of XBMC solves it, so try that.

This thread is about the same issue: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=69245
