Picked one up this weekend. Working pretty well on everything except XBMC so far!! I'm guessing worst case is I just use EventGhost for XBMC and the standard codes for everything else.
But this does NOT replace a Harmony. There are no macros and no learn features. Supposedly more codes are coming in future updates, but no idea about macros and learning capabilities. But if it suits your needs, it's an awesome alternative. We bought it as a portable DVD sub for the kid so the remote feature was a bonus for me (as is the built-in GPS without data).

Pricey? It's the cheapest tablet available! Unless you were able to procure one of those WebOS HP TouchPads last week.
