I have XBMC from PC with too many HD movies , XBMC from PC did set contents all the moves, scaned all. IT WORK PERFECT

NOW WITH APPLE TV 2 + Xbmc &( SMB sharing same HD folder on PC ) , how can I use all metadata databases from PC to Apple tv 2 ( without manually set conten again? scan and download metadata again? )

Best way is to have a SQL database on your main PC that is shared to the appleTV Check HERE

Just one additional step that is not mentioned there: Since the ATV2 is running a newer (pre-11) version of XBMC, you will have to do the same on your PC. Download a nightly version from http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/ and pick your OS and the most recent dated version.
