Windows 7 IIS FTP Sharing to ATV2
#1
So, I was able to get the internal FTP server up and running well for playing movies on my ATV2, but with a small problem.

My system keeps going into sleep mode while sharing. This never happened with SMB. I know I can just disable sleep mode in Windows, but I'd like to know if there is another option, while keeping the FTP sharing.
I'm thinking about WoL, but I think that'll still disrupt the streaming connection. Thanks!

Why did u chose Ftp? not SMB.

I used Ftp and SMB (without problem,) I set computer sleep after 2 hour.

SMB is not as efficient, at least with the ATV2. Read up on some past posts.
I suppose I could set it for 2 hours, but that's still not a very good solution to the problem.
