This is rather a Linux specific request to support libgphoto2. libgphoto2 can talk to media devices that supports the PTP protocol. e.g. cameras, cellphones etc.

I thought this would be a suitable request since it is a media protocol and XBMC should be the ultimate media center to support such devices
