Hi folks, just installing the xbmc-live version but there is 1 problem I covered the system isn't recognizing the DVB-S card. I got permanently the DSP failure! What can I do, does somebody has any idea how I can use Digital Device Cine S2 under the xbmc-live version?

Do you have the correct firmware?
I have no experience with XBMC-LIVE (I have a Gentoo system).
You have to compile Micronas nGene support into the kernel (or as a module of course). Also be sure to add the correct firmware.
You can check the startup-output via the 'dmesg' command.
If the kernel is precompiled, it'll be the firmware I suppose.

Otherwise, check the linuxtv wiki-page. Contains usefull information!

I dont have XBMC live but Ubuntu 10.10. This is what i had to do to make is work:

Firmware and V4L driver:
