It's not DSPlayer. It's regular version with support HD Audio.

I can confirm the OP needs to upgrade his graphics card. There's nothing particularly wrong with what he has, but the actual design is old and cannot pass through HD audio, although I believe he should be able to do PCM.

To bitstream HD audio you need (beyond the software requirements)

ATI:
5 series onwards
Nvidia:
4 series onwards

Earlier cards can stream PCM/DD/DTS but not the high def formats via HDMI.
