I am hoping to find a way to quickly jump to either the music library or movie library from anywhere.

Is there a keyboard shortcut I can use to achieve this?

You can do it with a custom keymap.xml

See these
XBMC.ActivateWindow(MyVideos) Go to My Videos.
XBMC.ActivateWindow(MyMusic) Go to My Music.

I think v10.1 already has that action mapped to ctrl-E. This may seem an odd keystroke, but it's because ctrl-E is the Windows Media Center shortcut for My Videos and a lot of the cheap MCE remotes will send a ctrl-E keystroke when you press the My Videos button.
