Or if there's a site that sells components, ships to Ireland (Newegg.com don't) and accepts Paypal (Amazon don't) then I'd be happy to build one myself. Any help is much appreciated.

Do your shopping on newegg but just buy the parts on ebay. You should be able to find just about everything on there!
