is there a way to add an internal hard drive with movies and shows on it as a source in xbmc live i have tried installing xbmc live on a usb drive and a regular hdd and i cannot access the other hard drive installed in the system with all videos on it


i was able to do this in windows 7 running xbmc but i am building a htpc for a friend who want it to be a standalone installation without windows on it


i have also tried openelec but get the same problem


i am looking for a simple as possible way to do this as i have Zero Linux Experience and wouldn't know where to start with that

sure it is possible. Is the Harddrive partitioned and formatted? if yes you only need to mount it.
Google /etc/fstab for that
