Ok, so i have mkv file with coded subs (inside the container) and my language subtitles are a side of the mkv file, xbmc is loading the subs that inside the kkv file and ignoring the side subs, how to disable this option and let xbmc choose the side subs?

on screen display (hold down play while playing the movie) and select audio options. This will let you select which subtitle is being used.
