No Posters/Movie Information with Windows 7, works great with ATV2
#1
Hi,

I have a small problem. I have a ATV 2 running XBMC and it works just fine. But now i have installed XBMC (10.1) on my Windows 7 machine and it doesn't show the posters/thumbs in the library view. I just see kind of a "screenshot" of the movie instead of the poster. Pressing "i" for the "Movie Information" screen doesn't work either.
In file mode I can see the posters/thumbs and also press "i" to get into "Movie Information. Anybody know what to do here?

Regards, Raphael

You need to scrape your media into the library first... zero in on one movie, set the content... hit the 'i' for information and it should scrape.

The videos are in my library. The PC "scraped" over night. I set the content to Movies. Every Setting is the same as on the Apple TV. The nfo-File and the *.tbn-file are in the folder of the movie und in file-mode I can see the thumb, I can go to movie-information, change the thumb and then the right thumb appears in the library. But it's still not possible to go to movie-information from the library.
I tried an export and import with the data from the apple TV, but then i can't refresh the data.

It's not the first time I use XBMC an a Computer and I never had this Problem

i found the problem. If the first adding to the library is stopped and then restarted again, it doesnt work. It seems like the files are not even in this location. If I delete the location, the movies don't get deleted from the library. It the first scan runs without stopping, everything works just fine...

edit: so it looks like a bug to me...
