How hard would it be to add the banner viewtype from this video to Aeon MQ2?

I prefer the banner view type for TV Show selection, but the default one that MQ2 provides makes it hard to know which one is selected, and I kind've like seeing the show name / info to the right of the list.

Kinda like the idea that the box has some kind of animation in it, makes it easier to see where you are on the screen. I also find it a bit hard to see where the select box is.

I'm not sure MQ2 is being updated, anymore. Even maintenance is limited on it.
