you need to turn on debug logging before posting the log. The debug log contains more info than the standard log. Check the wiki here for details on how to get it going.

How have you added your sources to XBMC? I'm no export at reading logs but it appears as though your source is z:\Movies. With a mySQL database it is recommended that you use the SMB share rather than a mapped drive.
Try adding the source as a windows network (SMB), ensuring that you have shared the appropriate folder on the NAS first of all.
You also seem to jump around a bit in that log. It is a bit easier to read if you, for example, start XBMC, try and scan for media and then capture the log. If you play around doing other stuff it just makes the log long and complicated - at least for me
