Intel PRO/1000 CT Desktop Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter PCI Express NIC OEM

People cross raging rivers, walk on crushed glass, kiss ugly girls - all in the name of having an Intel NIC in their system.

Yes, it works very well. Big Grin 90% of 230 reviewers gave it 5 eggs.
If I helped out pls give me a +

A bunch of XBMC instances, big-ass screen in the basement + a 20TB FreeBSD, ZFS server.

Hi thethirdnut

Thanks very much for letting me know.

Can you beleive this:-

=> I use an AMD Fusion E35M-1-Deluxe Motherboard and it has a built-in Realtek Gigabit Ethernet port as well as a PCI-E 2.0 Slot that is [ hardware ] PCI-E 1.0x backward compatible [ as they all are ] ........ except however that the current BIOS in this MB does not emulate PCI 1.0x standards for its PCI-E 2.0 - the effect of this is that in this AMD Fusion MB, the above Intel NIC will not work at all - the MB itself simply does not see it and therefore, neither does Windows.

Unbeleiveable ?!?!?!?!?!?
