Map buttons on a Fractal Design Shape Remote

Hi, I have a Fractal Design Shape remote (it's MCE compatible), I plugged the IR receiver to a usb port and it works well with XBMC 10.1 Dharma for Windows.

However not all the buttons are mapped, I would like to activate 3 more buttons, on the old Xbox1 remote they are:

- Display button (to activate full screen Milkdrop visualisation during the music playback
- Menu button (to go back to the XBMC home screen)
- Info button (to show the IMDB info of the selected movie)

Here is my remote:

I would like to map the button as the follow:

- Old Display Xbox1 button -> Rec button (the upper-left one)
- Old Menu Xbox1 button -> Live TV button
- Old Info Xbox1 button -> Guide Button

I searched on the forum and on google but I can't find a way to do it.

Thanks! Smile

You need to find out what keypresses your remote is sending when you press the buttons, then create a keymap file to map those keypresses to XBMC actions.

If you look on http://xbmcmce.sourceforge.net/ the applet Showkey will tell you what keypresses are being sent by the remote. The applet KeyMapEdit makes it easier to create a key mapping file.
