Hello,

Very to new xbmc and to the xbmc world. I have been playing with it for about a week and doing a lot of reading familiarizing myself with the settings. I can't seem to figure out how to get all my movies to play in the "View mode" I want. For example: Stretch 16:9. I tried the option for display 4:3 to play in Stretch 16:9 but it seems to only do it for just that, 4:3 movies whereas I would like ALL movies to play in the display I select. Is this possible?

Can anyone throw me a bone?

how about you try that 'set as default for all movies' button further down in the very same dialog. who knows what will happen!

took me a while but found the answer in another thread.

with the default Confluence skin you can access this by playing a movie and then pressing enter, then going to the cinematic reel, set the appropriate options and then set as default for all movies (at the bottom of the menu)
