I found this on the Zotac forums.
"The U determines what region it is for and what adapter it gets for the plugs. U is either US or North America. E is for Europe. "
I assume that if there is no letter on the end, it is OK for USA usage.

Two things I recommend up front is to 1: Change fan speed to 50% and 2: Set the GPU memory in the BIOS to use 512MB.
