check my signature below for info on case and ram. to make it silent, you'll need silent case fan and SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6450 1GB
>Alienware X51- do it all HTPC
>Simplify XBMC configurations
>HOW-TO Bitstreaming using XBMC
I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!

If you're set on the AT5IONT-I, I should be able to answer most questions.

1) The deluxe has on-board wi-fi. I can't comment on the PSU as I don't have one; nor can I find much info on it. However, it is going to be quieter than any standard PSU you get with a case.
2) A fan is a must. You can't put a powerful machine in a small box with no fan and expect it to be happy. I have space in my case (where I took out the PSU after getting a PicoPSU) for a slow spinning 120mm fan.
3) Many. Quite a few seem to be similar to the case in my spec, which is plenty big enough for my system. Personal preference really.
4) Any cheap (branded) RAM should be fine. You don't need to splash out on mega fast stuff, nor do you need more than 4GB (2GB if you're using linux). Don't forget you need laptop (SO-DIMM) RAM for this board.
5) No idea, sorry. Can't seem to find any specs on it.
6) Get a 'green' HDD, most of them spin at 5400rpm and make barely any noise. Use one large, slow spinning fan to get air flowing while reducing turbulence.
