1. Update to nightly build
2. Delete the database again
3. Start XBMCCode:rm -f /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/Database/*db
You need to tell me what you are trying to do with the add-ons. Not all are compatible with all versions of XBMC.

Is that every addon that you can find? Would you installed every piece of software that you could find onto you computer? The more you put on the greater chance of problems.
Just install the ones you need.
Check to see if the addons are compatible with pre-eden XBMC builds.
