I have Logitech Harmony remote configured to send keyboard commands to XBMC. For "pause" it is sending "space" key command. This works in Movies and TV Shows but not in Music. When I press "pause" in Music, the current playlist goes away and background is shown for a second or so. I am running few days old Windows nightly build.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

The <space> key is mapped to different actions in different places. For example in the <MyMusicPlaylist> section it's mapped to "Back", which sounds like what you're seeing.

To change the behaviour you need to create a custom keyboard.xml. Unless you love hand editting XML grab KeyMapEdit20 from http://xbmcmce.sourceforge.net/ (note that KeyMapEdit20 is the new version designed for Eden).
