XBMC Library Problems
#1
Hello,

I have a problem with my films. When I come to click on the experiments, the message: This file is no longer available.
If I Run movie files does das. anyone have idea?

EDIT:

I've now deleted my source AFP. ( afp://192.168.0.100 <- i Dont use this! ) AFP is to Low. Dav is for me better. ) But i have Try with afp. With AFP is dont have Problems.
Only problem with the AFP to load the movies for so long.
But a film about the AFP source I can play without problems for movies. Since I can not get a message that the film was not found.

The source server is running with Media Master. ( dav://192.168.0.100:8000 ) Folders: Filme & Bilder.

Loggin debugging switched on
XBMC rebooted

I went to movies and have a movie playing.
Error: This file is not available. Should the entry be deleted from the database. Yes or no.

I hope that the log file is now in order.

XBMC log: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/728068/

I have Delete the XBMC log File.

This is a New log: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/728070/

I've looked at the log file. I can not find anything that I've tried to start a MKV.

Thanks for Help.

1. The file no longer exists
2. The path you used in your source is no longer valid

Provide a xbmc.log. Look at the links in my signature.

I have updated the Folder.

third run of 8 movies

The first log is too big and I am not going to bother with it.
I am not seeing any problems in the second log except buffering discontinuities.

You need to be more clear about what you are doing and what the problems are.

  1. Start a new session with xbmc.
  2. Reproduce your problem once
  3. Exit XBMC
  4. Get Log
  5. Describe what happened in XBMC

Somehow I only have the problem with media master server via HTTP.
Once I AFP on Mac then everything works. I do not understand that ..
MediaMaster HTTP server running at me much faster.
AFP as he invites a few movies at the start of a long ...

I got the unit yesterday Restore new. XBMC installed and the update of 3 Nov.

Surely such a problem must have happened in others.
Can not imagine that such an error in the log file is.
It's not a crash or something.

Your logs are full of skin errors ... beside that nothing special. There is no failed try to play a movie. Do what g-off said and make a clean log where your issue is in definitly. And don't forget to enable DebugLogging.

Where can I set the debug log?
To create a clean log I do then the following

- AppleTV reboot.
- Open XBMX
- Play Movie

then the statement in the folder where the XBMC log file is located on a desk draw and upload?

Quote:GUI Setting
In Settings > System > Debugging there is a setting Enable debug logging. This lets you toggle between Normal and Debug w/ visuals on the fly.
NOTE: This option is hidden if you have set the log level in advancedsettings.xml.

In XBMC?

Edit: I have find @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSfe1HMJO0o ENABLE DEBUG LOGGIN.

How do I get a clean log?

At 12 clock I have lunchtime and I'll upload the log.

I've updated the source again. But no success.
The movies may not play in the library.
Under Movie -> files can play the movies.

Code:
04:08:10 T:96739328   DEBUG: GetMovieId (afp://ensy:a*****@192.168.0.100/Filme/Crazy stupid Love/pl-crazystupilove_1080p.mkv), query = select idMovie from movie where idFile=11
04:08:10 T:96739328   ERROR: LIBAFPCLIENT: Could not connect, Connection refused

So it looks like your username or password are wrong or something else is wrong with your afp share (permission on the files or something?!?) ... thats why afp can't connect.

Second thing. Deleting or changeing sources doesn't have any effect on movies which are already in the library. The complete source path + filename are already in the library and won't change.

If you want to change the pathes in the library you have to setup your sources like you want and rescrape your movies - so that the new paths get into the library.

No No,

i dont have AFP.
I connect with Dav.

afp I've already deleted the source works. But like I said it had buffer problems.
I'm sharing with Dav ie HTTP on the AppleTV

If I were an open and sharing using AFP on the Mac OS Lion Run.
Will I see all the movies in Movies.
About Dav: / / I'm currently on the share. With which I have the problems.

Or ...
I think the problem lies where anderst.
The movies that I get via HTTP is not where I share the Cover of Imdb and background are synced in the movies folder.

How do I get there?
Then the films at Movies by afp therefore also no start possible .. Logically, if sharing is off.

Once I added the source, I've set this with the cover it loads automatically from the Internet.
But the films are not only shown in the files I can play.

Appendix:

I noticed when I afp anmache HTTP and then both.
Then the display of the films at Movies HTTP. And functioning well.
Once I AFP is nothing more composing.
Problem is just simply being me everything appear twice.

Try cleaning your database in System->Video library

If that does not work, delete the database and re-scan the library.

Exit XBMC
rm -f /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/Database/MyVideo*
Restart XBMC
Scan videos again

That is not functioning.
I uploaded new AppleTV 2x already complete and all newly decorated.

About Dav he shows me nothing. AFP he shows me in library at all.
AFP makes a lot of problems for me, crashes ... Buffering.

I am looking for another option. For Mac OS Lion.

NFS is too complex for me, I've also found Samba is also not so easy.
Can you recommend me something? Stable way.
