So i mapped a drive to be able to view movies through ATV2.
Everything works fine with the movies besides the FWD and RWD on the ATV2 remote!

Am i doing something wrong?

If you don't know how to FF REW then read the FAQ Remote Section

Try holding the middle button for osd stuff or hold left/right

For providing a logfile read the sticky on the first page or follow the link in the last posters signature or mine.

i have the log file. But its too large to paste on the forum. And i cant seem to attach anything besides a link or photo.

After holding the middle Button try to press the fast foreward button 4 to 5 times for speeding up the function. It doesn't foreward very fast but it works.
