Dunno what's happened but just started up xbmc and in movies library mode....normally if I press C i get a pop up for movie info etc but now if i press C it moves to the films starting with C.
Same when I used to press S i got settings.....now goes to films starting with S.
Any idea how to get this back to how it was.

That's what normally happens when pressing shift+letter, it goes to the first entry starting with the letter.
Looks like XBMC thinks your shift key is depressed.
