I apologize for not adding the crash report and the syslog. I had some trouble copying them from Filezilla (permission denied), so hope this is enough.

About a week ago I tried to switch my network settings from SMB to NFS. After doing so i wanted to delete my video sources and the re-add them. I deleted my "Tv show" source inside XBMC and cleaned the library.
It is no longer on my list of video sources, but all the series are still in the "tv show" menu with fanart and everything plays well. The problem is, that when I add new material they don't show up.
I tried to add a new video source with tv-shows, but then they just come double.
I have tried the some procedure with my "movies" without any problems.

I don't have that many add ons, so a fresh installation is not a problem, I just don't know how.

Hope some of you genius can help me.

A quick and dirty thing to try is to delete your video database and let XBMC recreate it.

Try:
  1. Stop XBMC
  2. Code:
    rm -f /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/Database/MyVideo*
  3. Restart XBMC
  4. Rescan your library
