I installed the last nightly from 20111113 but XBMC does not start. I tried several others from the nightly's pagem but nothing. The XBMC does not open and goes back to the main menu. I'm with an ATV2 and this never happened before.

Sorry, no. It was working just fine, updated to the latest nightly and there it went...no XBMC no matter which nightly I use...

As the last guy said - provide a logfile or it didn't happen.

You can try deleting your database though.

Code:

rm -f /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/Database/*db

This is a common problem when XBMC won't start.
