Guys thanks in advance. (using Windows)

I have jailbroken my apple tv, NITO tv and XBMC installed, also used PUTTY for windows (by following you tube videos)

1 questions now:

1. How do i add sources such as icefilms, adult channels or other tv channels and how do i access repository files on apple tv when i install them on my pc.
