MKV for me Big Grin MP4 does not support DTS Audio

No, *container* compatibility. You can have an MP4 and an MKV that both hold identical streams - but a device (say, a TV over UPnP/DLNA) may only be able to read the MP4 because it simply doesn't understand MKV containers, even if it does understand the audio/video streams inside. It's a case of not being able to open the box rather than not being able to play what's inside.
