i've gone through this guide countless times and no joy at all

im running atv2 4.22
xbmc pre 11.0 compiled june2

what am i doing wrong

the folder i share is not coming up at all.. i have ubuntu isntalled elswhere trying to share an external drive, no joy there either..

its working now.. great..
but when i play the files its really slow. audio is all over the place

any ideas?

so the nightlys work fine the first time but the second time i go to choose them, it crashes back to the main apple screen.. previous nightlies have not done this.

sorry when i click on xbmc in main menu it goes to black screen and then crashes out to main apple menu again

Post a logfile.
Your database is probably corrupted and needs to be deleted.
rm -f /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/Database/*db

deleted that database and it works

brilliant, now to get pseudo player working
