xbmc quits when playing movie with tv off

Eeep! Missed Davilla's sticky regarding posting bugs. Will post details as per the instructions there

This is easy to reproduce

Use a remote like say "xbmc commander" for the iphone.
Select a movie from the video section while the tv is turned off.
xbmc ends up coring

Did enable debugs. Not sure if there is a way to upload the log. But pasting the last few lines

when you turn the tv off, osx removes the display and you lose vda and more.
