When user selected a GPU at this price range it is not necessary about being powerful, it is about low TDP and stability. If you are looking for gaming GPU, you might want to check out HD6870 instead!

Indeed, I was just curious. I don't plan on loading up my HTPC with GPU power, just want to know what the best low-power GPU is. The only gaming my HTPC does is emulation, and my current G620+G210 setup seems to struggle with PS1 games.
