So, when i do "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc" this is the output:

Is in italian, in english is that can't be found a dependable kay (third line), so when I do apt-get update there is the typical error for a not found repo, error 404.

significa che tuo ubuntu nn trova il chiave del ppa definitivamente affidabile(pero abbastanza) e l ha importato nonostante e dovrebbe funzionare.

l'errore di apt-get update viene dal fatto che non c`e un stable repository per ubuntu >10.10
Allora, se stai usando ubuntu 11.04 or 11.11 devi usare questo ppa: ppa:team-xbmc/unstable

english: your ubuntu install doesn't trust the ppa key absolutely(but enough) and has imported the key. It should work.
There are no stable xbmc releases for >=ubuntu 11.04, so you must use the unstable ppa
