There is currently a branch under development called AudioEngine which will allow this but it is still under development and not stable at this point.

Search for DSPlayer to use external codecs to achieve this, or search for the largest thread by user Bluray for an alternative method. Either requires some work to set up, but they are currently the only methods of achieving DTS-MA or TrueHD at this point.
System: XBMC HTPC with HDMI WASAPI & AudioEngine - Denon  AVR-3808CI  - Denon DVD-5900 Universal Player  - Denon DCM-27 CD-Changer
- Sony BDP-S580 Blu-Ray  - X-Box 360  - Android tablet wireless remote - 7.1 Streem/Axiom/Velodyne Surround System

User Blu-rays method for DTSHD/TrueHD:

Using DSPlayer to use external codecs:

Using MPC-HC as an external player for Bluray:

Until the new AudioEngine is finished (not likely for some time) these are the only methods to get BD audio.
