Recently jail broke ATV 2
4.4.3

XBMC was working fine earlier today but now freezes upon opening. "Scanning for content update" shows at top but nothing happens. This was working fine before as well. NOw it freezes and I have to tether boot to get ATV2 running again. All other functions of ATV 2 seem to be working.

I can not tell what build I have as it freezes before I can get to the appropriate screen.

maybe a rights problem

ssh into my ATV2 and ran the following command:

chown -R mobile:mobile /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata

To no avail.

Can you pint me to how to repair a corrupt database?

Delete and rebuild.
