Hello , first time poster here so please excuse my ignorance. I am currently putting together my first HTPC and the board i want to use has an IR header on it its the Asrock A75M-HVS AMD A75 Socket FM1, i also own a Logitech Harmony 900 and would like to use this for this.
I believe this to be possible but I am a little unsure of how I will go about this.
Any help appreciated.[/u]

That's right, Corban. I use a Harmony as well adn I got my receiver by shelling out a whole 20 bucks for an Ortek VRC-1100 that came with one. It works wonderfully. I havne;t even used the actual remote..

Great job assembling information here.
I've been reading about the lag with Harmony remotes when using any USB receiver. Does anyone have experience with any universal remote that didn't lag?

Thanks. That's the exact setup I'm considering.
I'm hoping that I will be able to WAKE from S5 on my asrock a75m-itx with this setup!?
