I can't find Addon via File option anymore, is it still an option in 11.0?
It use to be in Settings Add On - then either the list or add via file.

You mean when you go to settings... add-ons... and chose the option "install from zip file"?

It's still there. (make sure you are in the parent directory when you go to add-ons)
