The last Nightly I was using (early Dec) was fine. I updated to Beta 1 and I've been dropping frames that is very noticeable even on SD material... very bothersome on 720p and unwatchable on 1080p.
For 2 days I've been thinking it was SMB streaming until I decided to turn off DXVA today... poof, everything is smooth.
I have not changed video drivers or settings... they are the exact same as when all was fine in a Nightly.
thought I'd post here to see who else was having the issue before I entered a TRAC bug.
