Hi guys, I've been using XBMC for quite a while, and i've often lurked around these forums, as they are immensely helpful. I'm going to build myself a custom rig for XBMC, but I'm stuck on choice of PSU, as I've never built a custom PC before, any help would be most welcome:

I already have RAM and Storage drives at home from previous PCs that I'm going to use. Now Amazon Uk recommends this PSU:

But it seems very powerful for the PC, it needs to be powerful enough to run all 6 SATA ports.
