AppleTV 2: XBMC Eden B1 problem...
#1
Hi guys,
I've installed XBMC Eden Beta 1 on my AppleTV (iOS 4.4.4 JB).
It seems to works ok with my films on a shared folder of my Windows 7 pc but if I use a movies scrapper (MyMovies.it) the film info is filled with the info of the first file on the list for each ones...
i.e: I've got "300", "Armageddon", "Cars".... but in the list after the srapping all the films are labeled as "300" (only the info about HD or SD changes).

Is it a scrapper problem or SMB share or what?

The developer of the scrapper wrote me that he tested the scrapper with the Eden B1 under linux if I'm not wrong....

Try IMDB plugin.

and then your movies should be in order like this

Where the smb://server/Movies/ is your root folder

smb://server/Movies/Star-Trek 1
smb://server/Movies/Star-Trek 2
smb://server/Movies/Star-Trek 4
smb://server/Movies/Star-Trek 5

This will make it look for al the right movies.
Rember to clean your database or even delete it if you fail the first time so you dont have old stuff in there.

I've just bought the AppleTV so the Eden Beta1 is the first release of XBMC I install.... does the old release or nightly build has the same problem with MyMovies.it?

Hi guys, I've got the log file! Wink

Description:
I have Appletv 2 (v 4.4.4 jb) connected to my lan via wifi where there is a netbook pc running Win 7 with an external usb hd where I have shared the "Films" folder, to user Mediacenter, containing 3 subfolder: "Full HD", "HD" and "SD".
I configure XBMC on my AppleTV to connect to the netbook via SMB and use the folder "Films" as source.
The scrapper I use is MyMovies.it and while I start scrapping the new source added it find the first film maned "300" (under folder "Full HD") and it applyes the same info for all the other files (e.i: Amici Miei)....
I've just closed XBMC after awhile when I've seen some files with the same info.

Here there is the log file (please don't bother about time: I log it yesterday night at around 21pm but I just realize that the time is not correctly set):

Thanks for your help.

Not sure. Could be an issue with the MyMovies.it scraper.
