Its definitely a problem with mirrors.xbmc.org, as I am not able to connect either (CANADA) I tried several different DNS servers, no dice..I cannot, under cydia verifiy the respitory it just times out. http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/ just dosen't work today...maybe the DNS has not fully propigated yet, it takes in the least, 24 hours....I think theres actually something wrong with the mirrors though, because it times out, or loads slow....
