Recently I purchased a Gateway computer with the integrated AMD A-6 processor with integrated video. The model has been talked about a few times here as a "good" Off the shelf XBMC HTPC.

In general it is working well with updated AMD video drivers, it even sends DD and DTS to my reciever (Emotive UMC-1).
But playing some content (THX Amazing Life Lossless Audio) it seems to shutter/not smoothe playback. Audio seems fine. I wonder if that is too much for that integrated GPU/APU?
I thought about getting a nVidia GT 520 card and putting that in there to see if it would help.
I would have to get a bigger P/S as the one that is in there is only 220w
I have adjusted the windows 7 settings to best performance and I had to configure the sound settings to output 7.1 to the HDMI buss or I only got 2 channel sound. Like I said audio playback is fine it's the video that seems to be at fault.
Any recomendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
