I have a brand new Zotac ID41 Windows 7 64Bit 4 gig ram 320g HD. Windows launches no problem then when I launch XBMC it seems to hang , I cant move the mouse , hitting the keyboard does nothing.

After I wait 40sec then it starts...Seems to be freezing at launch but runs perfectly afterwards...

I have tried to re-install the software but still no go.


I have updated to the newest Nvidia Ion driver. Thought that would be it so I uninstalled the driver rebooted and reinstalled older Nvidia Driver then re installed XBMC.. Still no go...

Any thing Im missing? Please let me know

What XBMC network settings do you have?

Sounds exactly like the behavior I see if I enable "Share via Zeroconfig" (or something like that) in XBMC network settings
