Reasons to pay more for a picoPSU:
  1. Absolutely dead silent
  2. Highly efficient (~90%)
  3. Does not generate heat like a traditional PSU
  4. Small size makes it ideal for mITX cases

I have a picoPSU in my ML03B and it really helped clean up the inside of the case. Originally I had a 430w Antec Earthwatts PSU in there and it was just a mess IMO. My case was completely full (SDD + MB/CPU + ODD + HDD) and there was very little room for the unused cables on the PSU. I swapped out the Antec PSU for the picoPSU and I could not be more happy.
